Ingredients:
Raspberries

Strawberries
Blueberries
Cherry Tomatoes
Micro Greens
Balsamic Vinegar- Traditional Balsamic by Gourmet Blends
Buratta
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Summer is here!  Which means berries are in season! 

I love berries and I love burrata so I thought, why not try them all together and really not concern myself too much with the green part.  I associate micro greens with being fancy so I decided to pick some up when I saw them after I grabbed my berries. 

Wash and prep your produce.  Start with a nice little bed of micro greens.  Next add cherry tomatoes sliced in half.  Slice your strawberries and toss them on in.  Next add the blueberries.  Drizzle with good balsamic.  I use Gourmet Blends Traditional Balsamic for this dish. 

Place segments of burrata over the top.  Next add the raspberries.  Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
