Summer is here!Which means berries are in season!
I love berries and I love burrata so I thought, why not try them all together and really not concern myself too much with the green part.I associate micro greens with being fancy so I decided to pick some up when I saw them after I grabbed my berries.
Wash and prep your produce.Start with a nice little bed of micro greens.Next add cherry tomatoes sliced in half.Slice your strawberries and toss them on in.Next add the blueberries.Drizzle with good balsamic.I use Gourmet Blends Traditional Balsamic for this dish.
Place segments of burrata over the top.Next add the raspberries.Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
