Sugar Plum Tomatoes
Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar Gourmet Blends
Many times my new recipes spring up from whatever is left in the fridge. This is one of those recipes. I was hungry, not shocking, and made a salad with the ingredients I had on hand. It looked so beautiful and tasted delicious so here it is.
Make sure all your ingredients are washed and dry. Start with a bed of arugula. Then top it with sliced strawberries, sugar plum tomatoes cut in half, chopped avocado, and finish it off with a nice drizzle of raspberry balsamic vinegar by Gourmet Blends.
