Ingredients:
Mixed Greens
Sugar Plum Tomatoes
Avocado
Goat Cheese
Pine Nuts
Gourmet Blends Traditional Balsamic

We eat salads often in my house. I love that this salad is very simple and delicious.

Make a nice fluffy bed of mixed baby greens. Add cherry tomatoes or sugar plum tomatoes, slices of avocado, goat cheese crumbles, drizzle with balsamic vinegar. I like using Gourmet Blends Original Balsamic. Sprinkle pine nuts for a little crunch.
