2 Persian Cucumbers – sliced thin
1 TBSP White Balsamic Vinegar
2 TBSP Fresh Dill
2 TBSp Fresh Chives – chopped
3 TBSP Feta Cheese

I love light fresh tasty side dishes.

Take two Persian cucumbers. Wash and dry then slice them, leave the skin on. Add the rest of the ingredients and your cucumbers are ready to eat!
